Please find attached a current list of local retailers within 100 miles of the UNISON office in Dorchester where you can simply go in to store and present your UNISON Discount Card to achieve a discount. Once you have registered your card you will also be able to suggest businesses you would like us to approach to add to the list to make it more beneficial to you and your colleagues, things such as your local hairdresser, sandwich shop, gym, beauty salon, restaurants of choice etc. What’s more you can utilise the local discounts in any area of the UK and will be able to view the benefits in each geographical area by simply entering a post code of choice in our web search engine when you have registered your card to see over 22,000 businesses across all 4 nations.

In addition your UNISON DISCOUNT CARD MEMBERSHIP also provides you unique access to discounts with over 300 prestige national high street brands (list also attached) . Whereas all the local independent discounts are redeemable on production of the UNISON DISCOUNT CARD in-store, the national brands are redeemed in five different ways;
· On production of the card in-store (Tenpin, Spirit Health Clubs, AUTOGLASS, Baron Jon, F.Hinds Jewellers, Greenwoods Menswear, 1860 Suit Hire, Lightwater Valley & Pleasurewood Hills Theme Parks etc).
· Online OR over the phone quoting a code (RAC, Apple, Thorntons, Virgin Experience Days, Alton Towers, LEGOLAND, Sealife Centres, West Midlands Safari Park, Cadburys Gifts, AA Driving Lessons etc).
· By re-loadable gift card which can be topped up daily, weekly or monthly tailored to meet the needs of the end user (Cineworld, ASDA, Sainsbury’s, H. Samuel, Ernest Jones).
· Via pre-purchased vouchers from the dedicated UNISON DISCOUNT CARD member gift voucher helpline (Love2Shop High Street Gift Voucher, Comet, Boots, Leisure Vouchers & M&S).
