Save Our Lollipop People

Helen Toft would be very pleased to hear from any of the Dorset Lollipop People.

She is still fighting the campaign and networking with other protesters around the country and it is very hard to keep many of the School Crossing Patrol people informed as they do not have access to a computer. Therefore by giving out a contact telephone number she hopes to build up a database and hopes that at some point there can be a Lollipop People outing at the very least if not a coach load going to London to deliver a letter to Mr Cameron.

To all UNISON School Support Staff Members

Dorset County Council sent a letter to all Headteachers advising them of the proposed cuts to Dorset County Council terms and conditions.

These proposals form part of a 90 day consultation period. At the moment these proposals do not include schools and they are reviewing the inclusion of schools during this period. Should they decide that schools will be affected by these proposals then they will start another 90 day consultation period with school staff.
